Global Reach Through Multiple Platforms
The company rolled out WhatsApp integration globally, enabling users worldwide to text with ChatGPT through Meta’s messaging platform. Users simply need to message the same US phone number (1-800-242-8478) to start chatting. OpenAI plans to add a feature soon that will let WhatsApp users link their accounts for an even better experience.
