Users can begin their video projects from scratch or select from ready-made templates. The system offers script suggestions through its “Help me create” feature, powered by Gemini AI. The tool stands out by allowing users to incorporate their personal media files, including photos and videos. A built-in virtual recording studio enables users to add voice recordings and self-recorded videos, giving a personal touch to presentations.
Working together becomes effortless as team members can edit videos simultaneously through Google Workspace. Unlike other AI video tools such as Runway’s Gen-2 or OpenAI’s Sora, Google Vids focuses on creating organized slideshows by combining various media types based on source documents or user inputs.
The service will be accessible to subscribers of Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, Essentials, Enterprise Essentials, and Enterprise Essentials Plus packages.
