PUBG Blindspot Demo Arrives Soon With Exciting Features

PUBG Studios has shared new details about their latest game, PUBG Blindspot, previously called Project ARC. This 5v5 tactical shooter introduces fresh gameplay features to the top-down shooter genre.

Game Overview

PUBG: Blindspot adds a unique tactical twist with its shared line-of-sight system. Players can only spot enemies if their teammates see them, making teamwork crucial. The game has two teams facing off in crypt-focused missions, one team tries to break in and hack, while the other defends. Attackers must destroy walls to reach the crypt and plant a Decrypter device, while defenders do everything they can to stop them.

Demo Launch and Features

PUBG Studios has announced that a playable demo of PUBG: Blindspot will be available on February 21st during Steam Next Fest. Players can try out 10 unique characters, each with their own weapons and special tools. The demo includes three team deathmatch maps and four demolition mission maps, giving a full preview of the game’s key features.

PUBG Studios is exploring new game ideas beyond the battle royale genre. Meanwhile, PUBG creator Brendan Greene’s studio, PlayerUnknown Productions, is working on three projects. These include Prologue: Go Wayback, a single-player open-world survival game, Preface: Undiscovered World, a tech demo, and Project Artemis, which is still a mystery.

PUBG: Blindspot doesn’t have a confirmed release date yet. While it stays connected to PUBG: Battlegrounds, it brings new tactical gameplay that emphasizes teamwork and strategy.
