Microsoft has announced the first batch of games leaving Xbox Game Pass this month. On March 15, 2025, eight titles will be removed from the service. Here’s a list of the games that are leaving, along with how long they take to complete for those who want to finish them before they’re gone.
Games Leaving on March 15
The following games will no longer be available through Xbox Game Pass after March 15:
- Evil West
- Lies of P
- MLB The Show 24
- No More Heroes 3
- Solar Ash
- SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated
- Yakuza 5 Remastered
- Yakuza 6: The Song of Life
Completion Times and Achievement Tips
If you’re trying to earn achievements before these games leave, MLB The Show 24 is the quickest to complete in about 6-8 hours. It offers an easy 1,000 Gamerscore, and knowing a bit about baseball can help you finish it even faster.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated takes about 15 hours to complete, but if you follow a guide, you could finish it in around 10 hours. PC Game Pass users can also play the Windows version.
Solar Ash takes about 20 hours to complete, but some achievements can be tough, like finishing the game in under three hours or beating it on Hardcore mode.
Evil West takes around 20-25 hours to complete. This third-person shooter has some tough achievements, including one for beating the game on Evil difficulty.
Lies of P is one of the biggest games leaving the service. This soulslike takes around 80 hours to complete and has many missable achievements. If you want to finish everything, using a walkthrough is a good idea.
No More Heroes 3 takes a big time commitment, around 120 hours to complete. The achievements can be tough, like defeating bosses, clearing missions with SS ranks or higher, and tackling different difficulty levels. PC players can also play the Windows version.
The Yakuza games take the longest to complete. Yakuza 5 Remastered can take 150-200 hours, while Yakuza 6: The Song of Life takes around 50-60 hours. Both games are also available on PC through Game Pass.
These are some great games worth playing before they leave Xbox Game Pass. Lies of P is one of the best on the list. Make sure to decide which games you want to play or finish before they’re gone on March 15.
